So when it comes to snacking and you simply can’t resist the urge to pop something in your mouth that’s not too elaborate and not very messy, usually, most of us think of chips and French fries (not very healthy).
Although there’s not much harm in anything as long as you control the portion size but hey there’s good news, we in Karachi are blessed to have some very affordable, delicious and extremely healthy snacks easily available and you really don’t need to control the portion size.
So while you are driving or walking or if you have these street vendors in your vicinity then all you need to do is pay some attention to your urge to munch!
