Collecting recipe books, or noting down recipes from TV or your mom and then putting them together in a diary is something that almost every woman is fond of, but the extent of the usability of these recipe books depends on the individual.

You see even if you are a newbie in the world of cooking, this book is 100% recommended, because even some of the apparently complex recipes to us like Tiramisu, or Roghan Josh are written in a very simple and step by step way that won’t make you turn on and off the heat or written as such, “just when the fat is about to melt and you can see tiny bubbles pour the mixture very slowly and make sure that it doesn’t stick on the edges of the pan.”

No complexities as such, very conventional!

Also the foods that we cook everyday in our homes are provided with authentic recipes thus enhancing the flavor and adding specialty to our regular foods like Shimla Qeema.

Also the presentation of this book is so clean and professional, the first few pages is information regarding Dalda, followed by a table of contents.

Recipes are written in a format of pickles, appetizers, main course and deserts.

The text is written in grammatically correct English, without any errors. The pictures are true (prepared with the given recipe) mouthwatering and give a clear idea of how to present the food.
